• Coral Expeditions restarts cruises on the Great Barrier reef ex Cairns with 46 guests and 20 crew.
• P&O Cruises (UK) has taken delivery of Iona (5,200 guest LNG ship).
• Sagas new ship Spirit of Adventure at home alongside Spirit of Discovery
• Celebrity sister welcome Celebrity Apex to the Bahamas
• P&O Australia’s Pacific Aria to depart ahead of schedule
• Hurtigruten cancelled 2020/21 Antarctica season.

• Pete has 5 things to consider if you are an ocean cruiser considering a river cruise for the first time.
• No sea days / most days are port/village intensive
• Research your destination
• Smaller guest numbers with mostly an international mix of guests (alternatively some lines sell mostly to one market).
• What do you want included? Some lines include everything, others give more flexibility
• Evenings are relaxed with light entertainment.

Cruise Review:

• Matthew from Cruising with Matthew reviews his February 2020 cruise on P&O Oceana, which turned out to be one of her last cruises before retiring from P&O.  Oceana has since been sold to a new Greek cruise operator who has yet to announce any further details.
