This week the boys sat down with a man who's enthusiasm for running is undefeated.
Chris Pratt's enthusiasm is infectious. Spawned from a default entry into the London Marathon back when 4 failed entries resulted in a guaranteed spot, Chris' journey has spiralled from there.
He has poured countless hours into Ogmore Phoenix Running Club, serving as the Chair for many a year and is also a proud Asics Frontrunner.
