Description

When is it appropriate to push through pain for exercise? "No pain, no gain", right? Well, maybe. There ARE populations that HAVE to push through pain (military, professional athletes, etc) but even then there are limits. So how do you know? Josh and Jordan discuss the interplay of different kinds of physical pain, psychology, age, brain elasticity, and more!

Sarah Kennedy, D.O. weighs in via an article here: https://www.texashealth.org/Health-and-Wellness/Sports-Medicine/Is-it-Ever-OK-to-Push-Through-the-Pain-During-Exercise

Listener question: is there an exercise that you either dread or are actually scared of? (send your reply to contact@truthincoaching.com or reach out on our Instagram or Facebook, links below)
