It's starting to get warm (in the Northern Hemisphere) and we're beginning to think about all our favorite outdoor and swim-suit activities. So you might be thinking about cutting some fat for the summer. Well, this is really the last opportunity to get started on that in a focused way and still have some summer results. But, there are complications.......

-Where are you starting from?

-What actual goal do you want?

-Will you fall for the "feeling frisky paradox?"

Weekly Challenge: make time for 5 minutes of uninterrupted nature-watching: clouds, trees, grass, etc. Breathe easy and notice the stress fall off of you.
