Description

This one is a little trickier to pin down - most Chinese takeaways tend to be more independent, especially the ones in smaller towns, so no two places will have the same calories or macros. The best thing to do is make sensible choices based around proteins and vegetables, watch out for hidden fats and oils, anything "crispy" will probably be deep-fried, and if you're tracking, be sure to account for the extra oil that is probably used in the cooking process.
