What should your macronutrient split look like? To be honest, other than some basic requirements for protein and fats, you should just do what suits you best. No-one wants to live on a diet of chicken breast, rice and broccoli for the rest of their life...

TLDR - everyone is different. Do what works for you, but be aware of protein, unrefined carbs and getting enough unsaturated fat.
