Anyway...when someone dressed as a police officer starts murdering innocent people, it's up to Detective Frank McCrae to try and solve the case. And even though it looks like Officer Jack Forrest (Bruce Campbell) is guilty, Detective McCrae isn't buying it. But they have to clear Jack's name before too many innocent people pay the price.
