This week we jumped into our PJ's, braided hair, and gossiped about boys and this slasher classic. It's The Slumber Party Massacre from 1982. Trish and her friends have a slumber party while her parents are out of town. But unfortunately Russ Thorn, the escaped killer, has decided to grab a big drill and go on a killing spree in their neighborhood. This movie had some great examples of female empowerment right alongside a lot of classic slasher stereotypes, and we covered it all.
