Detective Dan have been assigned to solve the mystery of who's killing people with a straight razor. Will they discover the murders are tied to people who call the Party Line? Will Seth continue to kill whomever his sister Angelina wants him to kill? Will the babysitter Jennifer keep calling the Party Line without her parents knowing?
