ABOUT Dr. Robyn Miller:

Dr. Robyn Miller is a medical doctor and the founder of The Mental Load Project. With a focus on helping mothers alleviate the exhaustion, resentment, and overwhelm that comes from carrying the mental load, Robyn is passionate about addressing the invisible, emotional labor that women are socially conditioned to take on. She believes that achieving equality in the workplace and society starts with equality at home, where partners share the mental load equally. By giving partners the space and time to develop the skills needed to manage this invisible labor, Robyn advocates for a more balanced approach that benefits everyone in the family and promotes equality for future generations.
