Description

This week Gill and Pete carry on the weekly tradition of fact sharing with more lesser known stories and facts from history, nature and popular culture and pretty much any other subject really!

This week Gill solves the mystery for anyone wondering "who is that guy on the NBA logo?" she also shares the fact that Humpback Whales are the vigilante law keepers of the oceans and finally she tells us the shocking story of how Hat Pins helped the fightback against "mashers". Trust us - you don't want to be a masher.

Pete tells the marvellous story of Kotaku Wamura who was mayor of a small fishing port in Japan and who's decision to protect his citizens proved to be a life saving move. He also tells us of Fanny Mendelssohn, the up until recently overlooked sister of composer Felix Mendelssohn who's own musical works were never given the exposure they deserved.

Finally, Rabbit Hopping. The craze that frankly is not on Sky Sports enough. Facts The Way I Like It is motioning to change that so hopefully the world championships of Bunny Show Jumping will be hitting your screens soon.
