Génesis 41: Probado, capacitado y preparado.
En este capítulo Faraón tuvo dos sueños y llamó a José para que los interprete, pues el jefe de los copero, por fin, lo recomendó. No olvides leer todo el capítulo completo, leamos una parte del capítulo.
Génesis 41:25-43:
Entonces José respondió al faraón: —El sueño del faraón es uno solo. Dios ha mostrado al faraón lo que va a hacer: Las siete vacas hermosas son siete años; y las siete espigas hermosas también son siete años. Se trata de un mismo sueño. Las siete vacas flacas y feas que salían detrás de las primeras son siete años, y las siete espigas delgadas y quemadas por el viento del oriente son siete años de hambre. Como dije al faraón, Dios ha mostrado al faraón lo que va a hacer. He aquí que vienen siete años de gran abundancia en toda la tierra de Egipto, pero después de ellos vendrán siete años de hambre. Toda la abundancia anterior será olvidada en la tierra de Egipto. El hambre consumirá la tierra, y aquella abundancia pasará desapercibida en la tierra, debido al hambre que vendrá después, porque será muy grave. El hecho de que el sueño del faraón haya sucedido dos veces significa que la cosa está firmemente decidida de parte de Dios, y que Dios se apresura a ejecutarla.
»Por tanto, provéase el faraón de un hombre entendido y sabio y póngalo a cargo de la tierra de Egipto. Haga esto el faraón: Ponga funcionarios a cargo del país que recauden la quinta parte del producto de la tierra de Egipto durante los siete años de abundancia. Que ellos acumulen todos los alimentos de estos años buenos que vienen, que almacenen el trigo bajo la supervisión del faraón, y que los guarden en las ciudades para sustento. Sean guardados los alimentos como reserva para el país, para los siete años de hambre que vendrán sobre la tierra de Egipto. Así el país no será arruinado por el hambre.
El plan le pareció bien al faraón y a todos sus servidores. Entonces el faraón dijo a sus servidores: —¿Podremos hallar otro hombre como éste, en quien esté el espíritu de Dios?
El faraón dijo a José: —Puesto que Dios te ha hecho saber todo esto, no hay nadie tan entendido ni sabio como tú. Tú estarás a cargo de mi casa, y todo mi pueblo será gobernado bajo tus órdenes. Solamente en el trono seré yo superior a ti. —El faraón dijo además a José—: He aquí, yo te pongo a cargo de toda la tierra de Egipto.
Entonces el faraón se quitó el anillo de su mano y lo puso en la mano de José. Lo vistió con vestiduras de lino fino y puso un collar de oro en su cuello. Luego lo hizo subir en su segundo carro, y proclamaban delante de él: “¡Doblen la rodilla!”. Así lo puso a cargo de toda la tierra de Egipto,...
Llegamos al momento más grande en la vida de José. Dios pasó a José por la prueba de aflicción y humillación para moldear su carácter pero también para ir capacitándolo poco a poco en asuntos de administración financiera, manejo de personal y conocimiento de la cultura egipcia en sus diferentes estatus sociales. José conoció las leyes y estatutos legales, militares y reales que regían en la región. Ahora podemos entender el proceso de muchos años trabajando en la casa de Potifar, un militar y funcionario gubernamental de la alta sociedad. Después, trabajó con criminales y gente del común en la cárcel. De esta forma José estaría capacitado plenamente para la mayor responsabilidad de su vida, donde también muchas vidas de diferentes naciones dependerá de su destreza para administrar los bienes de todo un país y también para confrontar una de las hambrunas jamás vividas sobre la faz de la tierra en su época.
Todo comenzó desde su casa ayudando a su padre, después ejercitó el ser resistente ante las calamidades y dificultades, desarrolló templanza para ser un esclavo, un siervo y después un mayordomo. Luego se convirtió en director de una institución compleja como una cárcel para ser luego el segundo al mando después del poderoso Faraón.
Nunca desprecies los procesos de las pruebas por las que tienes que pasar. Nunca te compares con nadie. Cada uno pasará por momentos duros y momentos de victorias. Momentos de formación y preparación, y momentos de madurez y grandeza. Mientras unos ya están haciendo lo que Dios les ha puesto en sus manos, tal vez tú estás en pleno proceso de preparación. Así que, sigue adelante, junto con tu familia, avanzando pacientemente por cada etapa donde Dios los va formando.
Recuerda que Dios no te ha abandonado ni ha cancelado tu proceso. Él continúa perfeccionando la obra que comenzó en ti y con tu familia.

Genesis 41: Tested, trained and prepared.
In this chapter, Pharaoh had two dreams and called Joseph to interpret them, because the chief butler finally recommended him. Don't forget to read the entire chapter, let's read a part of the chapter.
Genesis 41:25-43:
Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dreams of Pharaoh are one; God has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do: The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good heads are seven years; the dreams are one. And the seven thin and ugly cows which came up after them are seven years, and the seven empty heads blighted by the east wind are seven years of famine. This is the thing which I have spoken to Pharaoh. God has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do. Indeed seven years of great plenty will come throughout all the land of Egypt; but after them seven years of famine will arise, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine will deplete the land. So the plenty will not be known in the land because of the famine following, for it will be very severe. And the dream was repeated to Pharaoh twice because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.
“Now therefore, let Pharaoh select a discerning and wise man, and set him over the land of Egypt. Let Pharaoh do this, and let him appoint officers over the land, to collect one-fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven plentiful years. And let them gather all the food of those good years that are coming, and store up grain under the authority of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities. Then that food shall be as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which shall be in the land of Egypt, that the land may not perish during the famine.”
So the advice was good in the eyes of Pharaoh and in the eyes of all his servants. And Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?”
Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Inasmuch as God has shown you all this, there is no one as discerning and wise as you. You shall be over my house, and all my people shall be ruled according to your word; only in regard to the throne will I be greater than you.” And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.”
Then Pharaoh took his signet ring off his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand; and he clothed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. And he had him ride in the second chariot which he had; and they cried out before him, “Bow the knee!” So he set him over all the land of Egypt.
We come to the greatest moment in Joseph's life. God passed Joseph through the test of affliction and humiliation to mold his character but also to train him little by little in matters of financial administration, personnel management and knowledge of Egyptian culture in its different social statuses. Joseph learned about the legal, military and royal laws and statutes that governed the region. Now we can understand the process of many years working in the house of Potiphar, a high society military and government official. Later, he worked with criminals and ordinary people in prison. In this way, Joseph would be fully qualified for the greatest responsibility of his life, where many lives of different nations will also depend on his ability to manage the assets of an entire country and also to confront one of the famines ever experienced on the face of the earth in his time.
It all started from his home helping his father, then he exercised being resilient in the face of calamities and difficulties, he developed temperance to be a slave, a servant and then a steward. He then became the director of a complex institution such as a prison to later be second in command after the powerful Pharaoh.
Never underestimate the processes of the tests that you have to go through. Never compare yourself to anyone. Each one will go through hard times and moments of victory. Moments of formation and preparation, and moments of maturity and greatness. While some are already doing what God has placed in their hands, perhaps you are in the process of preparation. So, keep going, along with your family, advancing patiently through each stage where God is forming you.
Remember that God has not abandoned you or canceled your process. He continues to perfect the work he began in you and with your family.
