Victor talked about his hectic 2023 season, his team's plans for 2024, his own career as a race car driver and adding being a team owner to that and the opportunities he provides to Hispanics aspiring to get involved with motorsports.
We also talk quickly about Guenther Steiner's exit from the Haas F1 team and what will this mean for Haas going in the 2024 season.
