On today’s episode I talk about how normalised it is for our society to say such wild comments, and how I overcame a lot of my insecurity.
I also mention my relationship with health, nutrition, and fitness and how I wish this subject was taught better in schools to educate young minds about being more aware of the benefits rather than it being forced and seen as a chore.
