McLaren’s win came with fresh contact between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri which passed without issue and a mounting perception that the pit wall tilts toward Lando. The pattern from Hungary 2024 may show how “hard racing” and team unity may be masking deeper trust issues. Despite the team achieving a major milestone given their history, Piastri's championship bid is being constrained and his feeling unheeded...and whoever decided to allow Norris onto the podium for the special celebration did not help matters.
