Fischer-Z, aka John Watts, was one of the defining artists of the New Wave era. Watts is a multi-talent: not only does he make incredibly beautiful and meaningful songs, which sets him apart from most others in the music world, but he is more than a musician: he is also a bandleader, filmmaker, storyteller, poet and even an illustrator.
In 2024, John will be celebrating the band's 47th anniversary with the new album "Triptych" and the Fischer-Z Tour of the same name.
