This method of project delivery can ensure design integration at an early stage as it brings together throughout the project the major stakeholders, developer, owner and user around a mutual project outcome. With designers and contractors one team is formed to deliver the entire result. Together they will determine project goals, costs, risk sharing, compensation and general responsibilities.
