EPISODE QUOTES
“When I do speak from this wild heart of mine, freedom is created not only for myself but also for people that experience me and for them in their worlds and their lives.” - Samantha Allen
“I feel like when we fully explore our emotional experience in all of its nuances, either on an emotional level or on an imaginative level…we give ourselves such permission to access ourselves on a different level and in accessing ourselves on that different level we get to evolve. And it’s all about that permission piece.” - Sam Allen
“Creativity means the belief that something new can always come.” - Sam Allen
