Learning on your own can be fun and rewarding but who is going to point out where acquired knowledge isn't being applied properly? If you have a burning questoin at 3am who can you call? Community is more that having a message board - it is a worldwide network of others that are on the same journey who have all asked thte same questions and made the same mistake and can't wait to help each other out. It's also about social events and travelling together too - the bond of STARTrading members only grows over time.
