Superintendent Adam Gallop is the Area Commander for South Cambridgeshire Police in the U.K. He has worked his way up through the police force in a variety of roles including neighbourhood policing, intelligence, covert operations and the major crimes unit. He has featured on the UK TV series, "24 Hours in Police Custody."
We sit down to talk to Adam about his journey into the police and then up through its ranks to where he is today. He now oversees a population of approximately half a million people, and brings valuable experience and skills in the areas of leadership & management, task prioritisation, resilience and team organisation. He shares valuable human factors lessons and skills from his 28 extraordinary years with the Police Force.
