[Zarina] Hello, everyone! We’re moving on to the main part of the *exercise. There’ll be seven different moves that we’ll be doing today. Each move will take about 40 seconds with a 20 seconds recovery. So, I’ll show you the moves and then I’ll do it with Maryam. Are you ready?
*Important Notice
The duration of the complete *Fitness Fun For Families exercise routine choreographed by Coach Zarina Noor is 30 minutes including a 4-minute Warm Up and another 4-minute Cool Down exercises.
**WARNING! Do NOT attempt to follow the work out without doing proper Warm Up and Cool Down exercises. Please tune in to segment two of Episodes 1-13 to get tips and strategies on physical wellness with Coach Zarina Noor.
Main Exercise (16 minutes)
(40:20) seconds * 2 Rounds
1 minute water break after 1st round
Bonus Exercise | Tabata Workout (4 minutes)
(20:10) seconds * 8 Rounds
“Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.”
