In June 2002, 20-year-old Sandra Bonaventure, a beautiful and promising college student seven months pregnant, vanished after traveling to Brooklyn to see the father of her child, Emmanuel Pierre. Days later, her strangled body was discovered in a trash bag on a deserted Manhattan sidewalk. This is the chilling case of Sandra Bonaventure and the trial of Emmanuel Pierre- Sandra's memory should not be forgotten.
