In this episode, Sophia talks about how experiencing some really difficult things in her life all at once have taught her about resilience. Just before she traveled to see her dad, two of her credit cards got hacked and her dad died. When she got home, she got locked out of her Facebook and Instagram accounts, which had a massively negative impact on her business. Then lost access to friends and family when her WhatsApp account was suspended.
All of which generated feelings of loss and isolation. In this episode, she explains how she got through this period, adding to her skillset and building up her resilience. Sharing lessons anyone can use to cope with hard times.
