This week we're bringing you our very first podcast recording, a chat we had with Elisa Roche back before we had ever picked up a microphone. Elisa is a chef-turned-writer, specialising in food and travel, and is now officially an honorary Gals FC member.
Elisa got her big break as one of the young chefs on the original Jamie's Kitchen TV series, where she was trained by Jamie Oliver. She says it was an experience that changed her life.
Our conversation covers the Jamie years, living in the Caribbean with a future super star magazine editor, and a controversial appearance at 10 Downing Street.
