Carolyn Daly sojourns with us through her overseas travel and shares how her college studies were not at all the path to her current career in law. The passion in her youth for helping people is apparent as she serves her clients based on what they want to achieve rather than what everybody expects. She is passionate about practicing family law differently, helping people emerge on the other side whole. Always be a learner and a listener. What do you want? What do you want to do? Carolyn Daly is a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney who prides herself on her pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to resolving family law matters in a manner that best serves her clients and their families. She handles “divorce without the drama.”
Carolyn is trained in collaborative divorce, divorce mediation, parent coordination, and arbitration and has significant experience handling divorce litigation, domestic violence, custody and parenting time, alimony, child support, college contribution, enforcement of settlement agreements, equitable distribution, and division of complex assets.
Prior to establishing her family law practice, Carolyn Daly gained experience in several different areas of law, giving her a unique perspective that allows her to identify issues that other family law practitioners often overlook. She is a frequent speaker and author on various family law topics and has been featured in numerous publications. I am happy to share that she is a volunteer attorney for the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project as well as Partners for Women and Justice.
Some awards include the New Jersey Super Lawyers List, for Family Law as well as the New Jersey Super Lawyers List, Top 50 Women Lawyers and Top 100 Lawyers.
