Rev. Runita Hill talks about sharing God’s love on the streets, outside the walls of traditional church. She shares the message that God has already forgiven you. Pause… Analyze self… Allow the Lord to lead… Peace awaits you… What’s keeping you from trusting?

Runita Danielle Hill (Downing) hails from Chesapeake, Virginia, where she was born and raised. She is the beloved wife of Christopher Lafayette Hill and the daughter of Ruben L. Downing (deceased), Theresa, and James Myers Sr. Runita is not only a devoted mother to two adult children, Destinee Harper and Desmond Harper, but also a loving bonus mom to three adult children, Zaneta, Malik, Devontay Hill. The light of her life shines through her cherished grandchildren: Jayden, Nia, Jabreya, Jaleya, Indiana, Devontay, Santana, and Kamiya.

Runita embarked on her educational journey, graduating from Deep Creek High School's class of 1991 and later achieving a certificate in medical administration from ECPI College of Technology in 1997. Her thirst for knowledge led her to Liberty University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Not stopping there, she pursued her Master of Divinity in Religious and Christian Ministries. Runita is a dedicated Ph.D. student in Counseling & Psychological Studies-Pastoral Counseling at Regent University.

Runita's life took a transformative turn when she dedicated 20 years to the United States Army, ultimately attaining the rank of First Sergeant. Her military service took her to three countries and 15 states, marking a distinguished career.

In 2013, Runita ventured into entrepreneurship with the launch of DIVAS Event Planning and Flower Shop Company in Little Rock, Arkansas. This endeavor blossomed, and in 2014, she acquired a brick-and-mortar location, birthing The Flower Boutique, a full-service flower shop. In 2016, a second location followed, and it was during this time that Runita's passion for helping the less fortunate began to flourish, sharing the word of God one bud at a time.

Having grown up in the church, Runita has served in various capacities in ministry, including Youth Choir, Mass Choir, Dance Ministry, Outreach Ministry, and Ministerial staff. She is deeply humbled by God's mercy, love, and favor in her life. Her passion for sharing God's word is evident in her dedication and commitment to the Kingdom of God. If she were to pick a favorite scripture, it would be Romans 8:28, a verse that resonates with her life's journey of transformation and redemption. Runita's heart desires to tell the world how God turned her mistakes into blessings, exemplifying the power of faith and God's love.
