One of the best pizzas we have EVER had is from Inizio pizza. There newest of 3 locations is now located in Birkdale right across from Birkdale Village. With the ovens, flour, and even water imported from Italy, it's as authentic as you can get. We recommend trying out the pistachio pizza, the Luigi, and finish it off with a cannoli.
