Normally Ben will be the one asking the questions, but we wanted to put him in the hot seat to ask him about how he has seen the landscape of Mooresville, NC change over his 30 years of being here.
Ben talks about how he moved to Mooresville with his family from Louisiana, went back to Louisiana for school at LSU, and then began practicing law back in Mooresville when he graduated from law school in 1989.
Ben is an avid real estate investor and talks about the areas that he feels as though may be up and coming and areas that he would start looking into purchasing or building houses.
Ben is also a strong supporter of local businesses, especially restaurants, and explains how the food scene has changed over time.
