The SS American Victory is a fully operational WWII-era vessel docked in Tampa, Florida, behind the Florida Aquarium. Launched in 1945, it served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, carrying cargo, troops, and even Soldiers killed in action. Rescued from scrapping in 1999, it now operates as the American Victory Ship & Museum, offering educational tours, exhibits, and semi-annual cruises.
