Description

In December 1991, Patricia Doherty left her home in Tallaght to go Christmas shopping—she was never seen alive again. Her body was discovered months later in the Wicklow Mountains, yet her killer was never identified. Patricia’s case remains unsolved, but it bears unsettling similarities to other disappearances linked to Ireland’s infamous Vanishing Triangle; like Antoinette Smith and Marie Killmartin. Were these crimes connected, or should we merely neglect to acknowledge their similarities? This week on Red Room, we will discuss Patricia's disappearance.

If you have any information about Patricia Doherty, Antoinette Smith or Marie Kilmartin's case you should contact at nbci.scrt@garda.ie or by calling the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111
