So I want a flight of beers. Give me one with a high ABV, one with a high IBU, a mead, and whatever you have in cask. So what did I just say, other than a laughably vague order at a bar? Well in today’s episode we are pulling back the curtain to look at some of the terms associated with beer. We’ll learn what a wort is, how it’s different from a mash, and maybe explain a few of those weird percentages on your beer labels. Yeah, we should have done this sooner, but we’re doing it now so come in and have a drink.
