On this episode of our midweek review of the second week of Tata IPL 2024 IPL we discuss three games, featuring: Sunrisers Hyderabad v Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Titans v Chennai Super Kings and Punjab Kings v Royal Challengers Bangalore.
We start our discussions looking at the record breaking match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians with the Sunrisers scoring the highest score in the IPL - 277 , led by Head, Abhishek Sharma and Klaasen. Mumbai Indians were caught in the headlights as their bowlers were punished by the Sunrisers who were in amazing form.
Earlier in the week Chennai Super Kings overcame the Titans with ease, as new boys Rachin Ravindra and Sami Rizvi playing an important role along with Shivam Dube who carried on from where he left last year.
And Royal Challengers Bangalore won their first match of the season with the King returning to form and DK applying the finishing touches.
