The Canucks continued their road trip with a visit to Chicago to face the Blackhawks, led by North Vancouver's rookie phenom Connor Bedard. Bedard did his part to set up 2 goals for the Hawks, but Demko held down the fort after that. Dakota Joshua scored again, along with Petey, Brock and Ilya Mikayev to lead the Canucks to a 4-3 win.
