Description

Need fast funding without the hassle? This episode unpacks when private lending makes sense — and when it doesn’t.

Melissa Ashcroft sits down with Adrian Dracopoulos, BDM at Msquared Capital, to explore how private finance can be a powerful tool for bridging loans, development projects, and accessing equity for commercial use. It’s flexible, fast, and less restricted than traditional lending — but it’s not for every borrower. Tune in for a practical, honest conversation about how private lending works, the risks to watch, and where it can give you a real edge.
