This positive-sounding, the energy-boosting word brings in a lot of great thoughts and deeper learning. I get curious when I see Leadership in any form or shape. Right from the playgrounds where children play, roadside vendors manage various customers, while interviewing professionals, managers, Executives, and CXOs, there is no end to learning when we keenly observe.
This week, I will be talking to a senior Industry leader , Mr. Ashok KK Vasudevan. Ashok has 2 decades of Industry Experience in diverse cross cultural environments like USA, Europe and India. Our guest today is very special. He has played a various leadership roles across areas such as Manufacturing, Design and Development of Engineered Products, Materials Management and Industrial Automation. The major accolades include but not limited to building organizations from scratch, developing Manufacturing CoE (Center of Excellence), R&D Centres, and Reginal Service Centers.
