Meet Priti Parekh: a seasoned leader with over 30 years of expertise in managed services, renowned as an outsourcing industry specialist. Currently a Partner at IBM, Priti spearheads Global Capability Centers' (GCCs) Business and Digital Transformation initiatives. Previously, as Senior Managing Director at Morae Global, operating across 13 countries, Priti led legal transformation services. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at Moody’s, directing their Research & Analytics Business.
Priti's diverse career spans IT, BPO, KPO, Data Analytics, and Legal Services, with stints at Siemens, Satyam, Aptech, Mphasis/HP, among others. Recognized for her sales prowess, leadership, operational finesse, and change management acumen, Priti has driven disruptive market strategies and launched multiple lines of business.
Among her accolades, Priti was honored with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2015 and received a Global Award for Leadership Excellence at Mphasis/HP. A founding member of Nasscom's Karnataka ITES forum, she has contributed to Diversity and POSH councils across various organizations and received numerous social awards for her professional achievements.
Residing in Bangalore with her family, Priti is deeply passionate about women's empowerment.
