Adam Pankratz is a lecturer at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. This year he is teaching Government and Business (BCom), Strategic Management (BCom), and Corporate Strategy (IMBA). He recently published an article in the National Post suggesting that government should be putting more money into paying the people who work in government and those who support those people. He put it out (in black and white) that more money needs to be involved to recruit the best possible to government. While the headline suggested that Canadian Politics is amateur hour, it is more of a plea for Canadians to get involved.
