Today he discusses why you have to learn to love those people you find challenging, the importance of being aware of your self-will and why you should always believe in yourself and trust the journey you are on.

• Beware of your self-will. Self-will is what drives every one of us, it is related to the hierarchy of needs, to deny that that exists is to deny your truth. Self-will should be honed, directed and affected. 
• Somebody who has not controlled their self-will is out of control and a great number of institutions are likely filled with people with self-will that has not been controlled. Controlling self-will is an enormous thing and when we control our own, we must consider the self-will of others. Relationships with others are important, and so is awareness of others.
