KEY TAKEAWAYS

It's those little aggregated incremental seconds that move us forward in either a positive or negative direction.

We all have our job to do on the planet and it's about finding out what yours is and how you can help others.

Feeling loved gives our players the opportunity to turn into good players. Unconditional love is the reserve we've built up to use when we are being tested by others and feel frustrated.

It is futile to hold grudges or compare yourself to others. It's about being the best you can be at any particular time.

The importance and value in trying to become wiser in your life

We are all on our own personal journey but can learn from someone else. Even in a negative situation, we can learn something.

The 80 20 principle says we get 4/5 of our results from 1/5 of our input. If we can find the 1/5 then we can work more efficiently and will be happier

It's easy to be critical and but it's harder to stand back and understand where someone else is on their journey and create an environment where they can grow.

We can be our own worst enemy in the personal space of our own mind. If you can be gentler on yourself you will allow room for others.

We are all tempted to paint a picture that makes us look better. But If you violate the principle there will be consequences.

Keep your focus on who you are and the present moment. We need to keep our focus on where we have influence and can make a difference.

Interdependence is the level above independence it is where your life is happier because of other people.

It's all about the journey, not the destination. We need to embrace the journey and understand that everyone is on their own journey.

BEST MOMENTS

We all only have a limited amount of time, what is it in this precious second that we can do now'

The road of the extra mile is not crowded so get on it'

We become independent in different degrees'

‘It's about what we do now if we can change now, we can change the momentum'
