This week Rob shares some key learnings that he was fortunate to discover at a recent conference. The tips are from a football coaching niche but can be applied to anything. Success principles are applicable to all aspects of success and life.

12 - Learning how people learn. If we don't engage with how their brains work then we will not get the maximum amount of talent and growth.
13 - The theory of late development – be very aware of making judgements too early.
