Waylon Wyatt chatted with Records In My Life about his album Out Of The Blue, and the records that keep on inspiring the Arkansas singer/songwriter. The young artist has had a big year, from performing at Hyde Park with Zach Bryan and slots alongside Dwight Yoakam and Turnpike Troubadours.
His Stagecoach debut drew a record crowd for his set time. His debut EP, Til The Sun Goes Down, recorded in his parents’ rec room, earned 225M streams, a gold certification, and positioned him as a leading new voice in the genre. Out Of The Blue is now out via Darkroom Records and the latest single, “Pretty Little Liar,” was produced by Ian Fitchuk (Kacey Musgraves, Maggie Rogers, Jelly Roll).
