In Germany in 1922 Members of the Gruber family and their maid would tell stories for months of strange happenings at the home of the Gruber family, an isolated Homestead in a wooded area near the Hamlet of Kaifeck named Hinterkaifeck. Until one day neighbour's realized an entire weekend had gone by without any contact at all from the family. When they went to the farmstead to investigate they would make a horrifying discovery that would haunt investigators for over 100 years and counting.
