Before stepping into full-time ministry, Ken managed corporate franchises and even coached high school basketball, but for more than two decades, he has devoted his life to ministry and leadership development.
Ken has served with Crossroads Fellowship for 12 years, Elevation Church for 8 years, and most recently, as an Executive Pastor for churches across the country—both virtually and in-house. Now on staff with Generis and partnering with Leading 2nd, Ken brings a passion for excellence and transformation, helping churches and leaders thrive.
Outside of ministry, Ken is a devoted husband to Ashley and a proud dad to Isaac and Madelyn. When he’s not investing in leadership, you’ll probably find him playing golf, chasing his kids, or spending time with family and friends.
