Just me this week, wittering on about what I have been doing for the past eight months to get ready for my 'A' race of the year:

The Lakeland 100 on the 26th July 2024

I cover:

• My initial thinking when selecting the race (and being a lucky so and so with the ballot)

• How I have built my race plan and some predictions (although dont hold me to it)
