In this episode, we invite Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers to the show to discuss the status of the state's recent legalization of medical cannabis — mandated by a 71% vote of the people on the November 2024 ballot. In addition to a legal challenge on the signature gathering process, Hilgers has recently come out opposed to a "compromise" bill which advanced out of it's legislative committee for full-debate earlier this month.
