Listen

Description

Nate returns as a guest to discuss the importance of vulnerability for expressing authenticity and fostering deeper connections with our loved ones, ourselves, and our Heavenly Father.

Ponder Questions:

Am I willing to be in my “emotional underwear”?

Can I be more vulnerable in my everyday conversations?

Can I choose to put down my armor?

Am I being defensive to protect myself?

Am I asking the Savior, “Is this true?”

Am I choosing instead to be curious?

Am I acknowledging that I am an imperfect being in this conversation, or am I being defensive?

Am I willing to show others who I am?

Am I willing to be vulnerable with myself?

Can I model vulnerability with others and open the door?
