Ponder Questions:
Am I aware of my thoughts and where my thoughts are going?
Am I going in the same direction every day?
Is this thought true?
Is this the way I interpreted something, and it became a pattern?
Am I giving my power away with these thoughts?
Why do I feel this way?
What am I thinking about a lot?
Is this bringing me towards change?
Am I going to God to help me change my thoughts?
Am I praying for more positive thoughts?
Am I in the growth zone?
Am I focusing on the positive?
Challenge:
Be aware of your thoughts. Write them down and track them. Write down what you want to change and pray for an action plan.
