After many episodes of asking founders why and how they started, I've begun to notice a few patterns. Every founder has a unique story, but the reasons why they started can be distilled down to a few common reasons. I've labelled them as archetypes and given them names, but you can call them what you want. Check out this episode and let me know whether any of these circumstances apply to you.
Some of us are looking to start something and I've found having an understanding of these different reasons for starting can be that catalyst that gets you going.
