Ian and Karlo discuss some of the challenges they see for football players in an increasingly pressurized sport, with corporate interests, conflicting priorities between different competitions and football authorities. They put this in the context of the effect it all has on players as they note the good news of one player getting better (we hope) and two who recently died at early ages.
