In 2002, she left full-time employment to start her own business consultancy, Aspiring Future Competence (AFC) who are based on the Essex/Hertfordshire border. AFC is a triple award-winning learning, development and coaching consultancy created to help others aspire to reach their full potential.

Andree believes that core values and living authentically are the essence of an individual’s personality and behavioural traits. Andree works to support clients who are seeking to improve their self-confidence, self-belief and personal impact.
